A devious idea from the enigma that is my mind: 1. Gather together a bunch of dust, like the kind you get after emptying your vacuum. 2. Place all this dust into empty, fabric bean bags. Try to get them as full as you can. 3. Throw them at people. (A direct shot to the chest will do the most damage as the resulting cloud will get in their face.) 4. Be prepared for retaliation, as you just handed them a weapon. These dust bombs have all the functionality of water balloons with the added bonus of being able to last for multiple uses, a dust cloud upon impact, and dust is harder to get out of clothes than water is.
