A dream without discipline is just an illusion What is your dream? What do you need to do? As we are getting close to 2015, I am reflecting on a research that was done a few years ago about New Years resolutions. The results revealed that only 12% achieved their resolutions. When studying closely what made those 12% succeed, it illuminated the following: men had learned to goal set, women had told their social network or their friend what their resolutions were and had build accountability. Remembering Disneys quote: if you can dream it, you can do it. So who wants accountability? My dream for 2015: build strength and help others from any resolution to realisation. Some of my greatest joy the last few years have been helping some of you to go beyond your sweetest dreams. Thank you.
