A fabulous afternoon spent exploring the estuary and Crocodile Island right outside our front gate. Warm squelchy mud oozed between our toes, Herons and Kingfishers eyed up the crabs and the mangroves bounced straight back up to attention as we trod on them. Hosing the mud off on the back lawn was just as much fun (especially for me as I was in charge of the hose!). Hoping to do this with some of you guys when you come visiting . . .
