A fairly easy day today. I learned how to make our new smoked shrimp salad which included learning how to use the smoker. Thats a new piece of equipment for my resume and a new skill for me. My final product was called perfect and I was told to remember the exact taste of my shrimp salad for future reference. Cool. I love it when a plan comes together. And its a good thing I double checked the salad station or we wouldnt have known we needed more.
