A fairly long story here. Due to my condition and my age, I have become a kinder, gentler me (believe it or not). I really try not to judge, but sometimes..... Now I am not a nutritionist or physical therapist or psychologist. However common sense tells me and a whole lot of other folks that diet, exercise, and attitude are the key to healthy living. Have a beer, some pizza, a donut, or whatever, but dont live on it. I was in the grocery store to pick up some stuff for my grand sons birthday party tomorrow. I wound up in a checkout line where someone was in front of me with an overflowing cart. Turns out it was a very heavily overweght woman. OK. She also had a very overweight 3 or 4 year old kid in the cart seat, who did nothing but grunt and grown, and had obvious developmental issues, but was eating some sort of snack candy. As she emptied the cart on the belt, I saw a couple cases of pop, lots of bags of chips, frozen pizzas, packaged lunchmeats, boxes and boxes of Hamburger Helper and the likes, a variety of snack crackers, sweet cereal, cookies, and more boxes of crap. Her total was $270. Not one thing on that checkout belt remotely resembled a fresh fruit or vegetable. You look at her weight, the kids weight and developmental issues, and just shake your head DIET< EXERCISE< ATTITUDE!@!!!!!! They are key to everything!!!!!!!
