A family in Suffolk have bought a 150ft (40m) water flume from a local leisure centre for £50 and installed it in their garden. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-suffolk-29344197 Abbeycroft Leisure was replacing the feature at its pool in Bury St Edmunds. It was sold to the Betts family, who live in Stonham Aspal near Stowmarket. Rachel Betts said they plan to use it as a slide, with sacks to make it a bit more slippery and in the summer maybe use a paddling pool and pump to get some water running through.
