A fan asks- Hi, new here. I have a 6 year old boy diagnosed with SPD. Classic signs & symptoms across the board. Does anyone elses child seem to enjoy making other people angry? My son, who is extremely smart and knows right from wrong, knows what triggers-to-anger his younger brother or myself or my wife. He seems relentless in his aim to upset someone then laugh when he finally gets the reaction he was looking for. When we intervene or tell him hes being mean or tell him he knows not to do that he gets overly defensive or violent or acts like hes done nothing wrong. In the end he sometimes apologizes and things return to normal but other times he wont stop being defensive until he physically hurts one of us. Does anyone else experience this? What can we do?
