A fantastic end to a great season for Marwan El Shorbagy as last weekend he claimed the $25K Sporta open in Guatemala which will help to solidify his world top 20 ranking. Here is some footage of Marwan training in Bristol just before Guatemala. We are working on hip and gluteal muscle function, rhythm of footwork and timing of movement. Movement function and fluency is an area that He has worked hard on over the last 2 years and this has also helped to reduce injury niggles. Next season will be very exiting for him and we look forward to some more improvements and great results.
