A fantastic roadtrip to Alfa Challenge at Circuit Spa Francorchamps passed with a few issues and set-backs, but overall a great success! In the white 75 IMSA Franz did a good job learning the new and exciting track while getting steady improvements on the lap times. In the red 75 IMSA Mende had gearbox issues preventing him from qualifying Friday. The team made a great effort fixing the gearbox and getting ready for the races Saturday. Here Mende showed the skills and drove up from P43 to P6 in the first heat! Starting 6th in second heat the options for a podium finish was open, and quickly the 4th position was reached. But... somewhere on the track the inner shoulder of right rear wheels had hit something, and the tire punctured - causing Mende to retire.
