A feel-good measure from Olivia Chow that wont accomplish anything - aside from an economic hit. The Toronto Board of Trade reported that the GTA loses $6-billion per year as a result of traffic gridlock, and Olivia Chow wants to slow transportation down further. Pedestrian deaths are serious but this proposal is a far from a solution.
