A few asked me how to make my egg rolls.... well I just typed this up for you all 1 large head/cloves minced Fresh Garlic, 3 to 4 good sized pieces of Fresh Ginger ground, 1 – 2 tbsp. Fresh ground pepper finely ground sea salt EVO Oil for Stir Frying or some Peanut Oil (Stir Fry sesame Oil can be over powering so recommend not using it) Peanut fry oil or Vegetable oil for deep frying shredded thin ( 1/4 head Bac choy, 1/2 head Purple Cabbage, 1 head Green Cabbage ) 1 small can Water Chestnuts sliced to match stick size, 1 small can bamboo shoots sliced to match stick size, 1 package of fresh Mushrooms sliced to match stick size, ¼ cup match stick carrots, 2 bags of fresh beansprouts, all the meat is seasoned with some garlic, ginger, pepper then stir-fried separately then cooled and sliced thin match stick sized 1 – 2 lbs steak , 1 lbs chicken breast 1 lbs pork loin ½ lbs cocktail shrimp. 3 – 4 packages of egg roll skins (20 count) Cut/shred all veggies up and mix in Very large bowl, Season Veggies with some Garlic , Ginger, Ground Pepper, and some sea salt. Stir fry your meat and allow to cool Now Stir Fry your Veggies and also allow to cool with a colander to allow liquids to separate. Set aside the liquids from the veggie stir fry to use for making other stir fry if you would like. When ready to start making your egg rolls, mix all your cut meat and veggies to create your Egg roll filling.
