A few days ago I asked for your thoughts on Direct tv vs. Comcast, we actually had Direct TV scheduled for an installation. After researching a bit more and listening to more family and friends we decided not to go with Direct a TV after all. I called Direct tv multiple times trying to get through to ask questions/ talk with them (mind you, Im still a potential customer) I was told by an automated response that they are busy for me to call back, followed by a hang up from them. That happened at least 8 times!! Then I tried another customer service number and I was feeling kind of giddy that I got through so quickly........until they told me they cannot touch or talk about my account because I was recruited through a Walmart promotion, they also hung up. Needless to say, I continued trying until I got through .....and then cancelled my installation. So, for now I remain a Comcast customer....they only disconnected me once on the phone today. :/
