A few days ago, I had a bad headache and felt numb on my left side. A sign of minor stroke as doctor said when my blood pressure was 160/120. Hypertension at the age of 30 is never a good sign. I dont eat pulut or daging. Its not because of my eating habit. Doctor said I overstress. I dont want to be in that condition ever. It scared me to death knowing what will happen if I really got stroke and paralyse? I still have 2 old and sick parent to be taken care. I need to change. To a better day. If not for myself, atleast I tried my best for my parent. Stay healthy everyone.
