A few days ago I had noticed that Best Buy had cut my hours. This was strange as previous to this I had been working nearly full time. This bothered me as hours are based on performance and a cut means I havent been performing correctly, not impossible seeing as how they had neglected to train me and refused to give me any sort of helpful feedback. A few days ago my supervisor took me aside to Talk about rumors that had been spread about me, this was coupled with several of my coworkers talking in hushed tones whenever I was present and otherwise refusing to talk to me. Today the new schedule went live. I was not on it. I dont know what the hell just happened, but I am now firmly unemployed. So, thats a thing. Happy they let me stay long enough to finish the pay period so at least my final check wont be horrible. I just wish someone had either told me that there was even a problem, or failing that, at least told me what I had done. I did my job to the best of my ability and knowledge and thought I was doing well. Apparently I was wrong. So, thats my day. Just thought Id share.
