A few days ago, SCGSR received a plea from the shelter to help a beautiful senior girl who was found stray with a large mass on her abdomen. A wonderful foster family stepped up for her and she was rescued today. When we asked her foster mom to name her, she chose Gabi. Gabi is short for Gabriele, meaning strong one of God. Her prayers have been answered. Which promptly brought tears to our eyes. Gabi is having a senior panel today, her teeth are being cleaned and she’s having the mass removed.
