A few days ago my Grandmother called me with some very exciting news. She said that Grandpa and her had visited a really nice little fishing village on the Texas coast, that was over ran by deer Thousands, but they had only seen about 300 that day! Ok now if you know me, Im already packing my gear, planning my next trip down to my Grandparents and ready to hunt this place in my mind. I could already taste those Texas back straps. Well out of curiosity I decided to investigate more into this deer heaven, called Port Mansfield, Texas Just as I assumed Port Mansfield is one of Americas small unknown sports men paradise, offering world class fishing and hunting. Port Mansfield is located in the lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas and has the most pristine marine and wildlife environment on the Texas coast. Offering an unmatched variety of wildlife for your viewing and hunting enjoyment. Deer, duck, javelin, nilgai, wild pigs, turkey and quail are some of the frequent visitors. Sounds like a place to add to the bucket list hunt/fish or at least get to visit.
