A few days back, the apex court questioned LG about the so called delay in formation of govt in Delhi ,even while Delhi was under the Presidents rule . It wanted a government in the Delhi assembly. Now ,that the LG has asked BJP for govt formation (being the largest party) and even the President has approved of it,the apex court asks LG ,what was the hurry ! Yes ,the timing was wrong(it would have been better after the by-polls) but the question sounds strange . Has the supreme court started thinking that the govt is incompetent, impotent and unable to deliver the goods on its own ? Everything that the govt is doing ,is being challenged by the court. Be it Ganga or Black money and even Delhi govt . The govt is an elected one and you just cant ignore the procedure it has come through. Has the court started thinking of the President of India as a politician Pranab mukherjee,whom they can question and reprimand, rather than his excellency Pranab mukherjee ? Come on ! How can you question a documents validity and procedure that has been signed by the POI ? Do you think you are better than international laws(that a govt has to follow) and our honorable constitution ?
