A few days before the stolen 31 July election, i passed thru Zanu campaign fliers that invited supporters to apply for cheap stands..the application fee would be 6 dollars. Across the nation there has been several zanu housing schemes including ana Tongogara housing, all in Operation Garikai. Most of ese schemes have abused almost every housing and related bylaws. But they have gone on as a political tool. Today Chombo wakes up to condemn Chitungwiza, 50000 people face that cruelty. Their structures may not pass the process as he claims but yet Shelter for people is gvt responsibility, its a right to the citizens. To date no healing process was carried out by governmnt after Murambatsvina, kids died, families collapsed, people lost jobs. Its a pity the Chombo we knew then is still the same today. There is no better definition of dictatorship.
