A few innocent American lives vs ultimate political power? Call me a conspiracy guy if you want, but thats what this threat from isis is starting to look like. For years now, weve been amazed by our governments ability to ward off terrorist attacks. At least thats what weve been told. Now, when the attack seems imminent and almost completely transparent, we dont know what to do? Really, have we been under terrorist threat for the last 13 years or havent we? Is this the first real threat weve seen? Or, is it that a few American lives would rally the nation around our crumbling government in the same way 9/11 did?
