A few months ago, BYCH Hot Yoga introduced the new 60-min BYCH Cardio class. The Cardio class consists of all the standing series and ALL of these floor postures mentioned in this article. Some of our regular practitioners have found profound improvement in their lower back strength. Its amazing. It is not just about the postures itself, but also to do with the intensity BYCH runs it and how these floor postures are sequenced. It is recommended to mix both the 60-min & 90-min series into your exercise regime. It ensures the body does not fall into a set routine.
