A few months ago, Stephanie Paige Cole asked me to be a part of something very close to her. One in four women will lose a child during pregnancy or childbirth. Stephanie asked me to compose music which would be played behind submitted photos and words of the mothers who have lost children. I am close friends with a number of women who have lost their children while pregnant or during childbirth. I have lived with a few. I cannot begin to express the sadness and overwhelming horror that many of these mothers have faced. I will never know that pain. Hopefully you wont either. Stephanie started the Sacred Project as a way to share grief and joy, a way to transform guilt into love, and a way to turn death into life. I believe she truly accomplished this task. I am honored to be a part of such a huge project. I hope the words of these mothers resonate with you. I hope these women find a place within your heart and you remember them.
