A few months back a friend posted pics of something I thought was super cute. They were Mexican miniature watermelon cucumbers. They look like watermelons about the size of a quarter, but on the inside they are cucumbers. Well we found a plant and they are ripening up really well. They are adorable and taste great too. When I was reading about them it said they have many names. In Spanish it is sandita but my fave in English is cucamelon. They are super easy to grow too.
