A few more peeks at what Ive been doing in my crazy quilting class :) A silk ribbon rose which turned pretty good despite all my swearing...LOL Then I took the silkie and embellished it a bit. It really made a difference. Ive added a before and after pic so you can see what I mean. I also used my water colour pencils to brighten the picture as well. I figured that they work okay for dolls faces why not fabric pics too. I have one more task to do and then Im finished the class. I once saw a doll that was embellished with silk ribbon embroidery and I think I might try it myself.
