A few numbers to put Bostons luxury condo inventory in perspective: Ink Block, The Troy, 100 Pier 4 and Watermark Seaport (4 new buildings) will total 1445 new condos/apartments (some already under contract and many available)!!!!!! No 1 Seaport Sq will offer 832 new residents upon completion in 2016. These are only a few of many projects rising quickly in Greater Boston. Time will tell how much buying power is there for so much product (and how new construction inventory affects traditional brownstone condo prices).
