A few of you have asked me to repost my lower body workout. This is great to do at home or at the gym. If you are a beginner please use little to no weight so that you can work on engaging the muscles and perfecting your form. Start with 3 sets of 8-12 reps of each exercise. Ill list the name of each exercise in order in the comments :) let me know if you have questions. Note- this was my first fitness video so bare with it. I do use more weight normally, Im using ten pound dumbbells to demonstrate each exercise. As with any exercise program- do at your own risk and its always best to talk with your doctor before starting a new program.
