A few people have asked me over the last few weeks whether or not I intend to run to finish my term as a member of the LUSD Governing Board. I wanted to let folks know that I am indeed going to run. I will put in the papers to complete the term for the seat I was appointed to bu the Board. The reason to run for this seat, rather than a full term seat, stems from my respect for the current board. I also believe that making a commitment shouldnt be taken lightly. Therefore, since I have a seat currently and that seat is up for election, I will run to finish that term. I was appointed to fill this seat and, if the voters see fit to elect me, I plan to honor the commitment I made to the Board and finish that term.
