A few pics from this weekend. The staff had obviously worked cooperatively to organize & prepare for our Staff & Board retreat. The objective (as I understand it) was to review the CPC Mission statement & Vision Statement in order to begin the process of revision, updating, modernizing, etc. I think it was helpful in several ways & appreciate everyones efforts. Our core values were reaffirmed & will continue to be expressed in one, or both, of the Statements. A group of 4 were chosen to continue to process. I look forward to reading the results! IF anyone reading this is concerned about changes - dont be!! ITs all good & all will be communicated soon. My post is just the start.
