A few thing in this article caught me eye. Remember to make sure what you are getting yourself into when you adopt a dog, especially a pure bred. Many have genetic issues and will cost a lot in vet visits. So do your research and make sure you can handle the breed you choose! Also, a veterinarian wrote this article and he says "The majority of Pitties are sweet and stable, but the unfair negative press the breed has received makes many people afraid to adopt them." Remember not ALL pit bulls are bad! There are just as many aggressive Labs, German Sheppard and Golden Retrievers too, we just dont see it as much.
