A few tips on how to enjoy your #espresso and what to expect from ours: If you ask us for an espresso dont expect a cup filled with dark liquid, espresso is not a black coffee, a proper espresso has about 30cl of coffee. If you think an espresso is too strong, then you can ask for a lungo, which has about twice the size of the espresso. The best way to enjoy an espresso is by drinking it hot but not boiling hot, and if you drink it without sugar, you will be able to appreciate the intensity of the flavour, if the coffee is burned, the predominant variety of coffee. It only takes a couple of cups with no suger and then the whole world of espresso will open up for you and you will be able to taste and compare the different espressos made in the bars in and outside Leeds.
