A few updates: 1. We are now legally patent pending. I never thought Id see the day in my life Id file a patent, but this has been nothing shy of an amazing unpredictable journey and its thanks to you all. 2. Were launching a new plate size soon- it will be around 30.75#, which I feel is more ideal for most peoples weight goals. Ill be keeping the 35# in my product line as well incase you want a taller one. The new plate, the ~30# size, will be 8x11 as well- making the 35# the only plate not within this dimension. The reason for this is I want to have most of my plates fit into a sleeve were developing to accommodate those whom wish to have weight higher up or more secured in their packs. Oops... did I just drop a spoiler on our second new product launch next week? 3. A SHplates care guide will be live soon- likely this weekend. It will cover basic PMCS (Google it!) of your plate. Nothing too crazy, but you all deserve this knowledge to keep your SHplates as pristine as possible. 4. Im not going to spoil too much as this is still in the very preliminary phases, but I was instructed last night on how to operate machinery that can cut whatever shapes I want out of my steel. Not milling, and Im not spoiling what it actually is- but I will say it is frankly amazing technology. I will be able to cut out letters from steel plates or holes if you prefer holes to handles in the future. Logos are also possibilities. As are phallic shapes. 5.
