A few weeks ago I found a few marble sized lumps on the left side of my neck. Went to see a doctor as soon as I could. Over the last couple of weeks I have been sent to various places to have some tests done, such as an ultra-sound and CT scan, along with a few blood tests. Today I went in to see the doc, hoping to get some idea on whats going on. Turns out I do have throat cancer, but in what form or how aggressive - if that is the case, we are not sure. More tests need to be done and Im booked in to see a surgeon next Monday. At the moment Im not sure how I feel about this situation I now find myself in. I guess if I was left with a choice, basically stunned is the best description Ive got for the time being. Now its all just wait and see.
