A few weeks back, our Brewmaster Nick and a few other staff participated as judges in the Marquette Homebrewers Club beer competition. There were a few other judges chosen around the area to taste as well. The winner of the competition would get a chance to brew their recipe on our system, with Nick for a day. We are so happy to say Tim Goldworthys recipe was chosen and it was tapped today! Some Tim Foolery, is a 100% Chinook IPA with mostly Pilsner malt base and a blend of caramel malts. Come enjoy a pint with us, and toast to our first collaboration with the Marquette Hombrewers Club!
