A film depicting the reality of the constitutional set up in Bosnia and Herzegovina where the Constitution recognises three major ethnical peoples, the so called Constitutional peoples ( i.e., Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats). The rest, who choose not to identify according to their religious background, are part of an ethnic minority (such as the Roma) or simply choose to call them selves Bosnians and Herzegovinians are recognised in the Constitution as the Others.The Others are subject to discrimination that has been recognised by the Court in Strasbourg.
