The Operation Staff monitor the performance of the flight operations & freight service function. Liaise with Customers (Freight Forwarders) and Handling Agents re Bookings and Cargo Deliveries. In charge of flight handling (loading/unloading aircraft, weight and balance, dangerous goods and special cargo). - Male, Myanmar national - University graduated, at least 2 years job – related experience - Organized, process- oriented. - Organized with great attention to detail. - Must possess a complete understanding of the flight/cargo operations. Knowledge of governmental agency regulatory requirements. - Experience of innovative problem solutions. - Computer skills - Be able to speak English fluently. - Excellent customer service mindset.
