A former executive of JBWere (which is 80% owned by NAB) is suing her ex-employer for $4.5m, for offensive remarks and a large deduction in her annual bonus, attributing them to her pregnancies and maternity leave. Allegedly, she was told by another executive that a womans IQ halves during pregnancy and that she was having a boy because her butt was big. The Company has refused to comment on a matter before the Courts. It will be interesting to see if this settles before too much more negative publicity takes place.
