A frequent question I get asked is, "how to brew a good tea." Brewing Tips for 6 types of tea: Green and White Tea should be brewed at 180°F/82°C for 2 to 3 minutes till a green to light golden colour. Re-steep up to 3 times. Rooibos (pronounced: roy - boze) should be brewed at 210°F/99°C for 5 to 7 minutes. Re-steep 3-4 times Black and Oolong Teas should be brewed at 210°F/99°C for 3 to 5 minutes. Single use Tisanes (herbal & fruit) should be brewed at 210°F/99°C for 5 to 7 minutes. Single use - may try to re-steep
