A friend and I were at Attwater close to the front windmill when we saw this White-tailed Hawk on the windmill. We were able to walk right up to it, we noticed that it was asleep. As we got ready to take some photos, it woke up. It was so startled at out presence, it must have freaked out, all feathers just went Poof .
