A friend living under the pale grayish skies of Paris, has often told me that my skies look so unreal, painted with some unbelievable pinks the kind that are often seen in those tropical sunsets calendars... that my clouds have the ridiculous pink and purplish hues that any professional artist would dismiss as the work of some enthusiastic amateur whod never looked at a real sunset. However those were ones of those sunsets and sunrises that stood for ever indelible in my memory. It was the kind of sunset that my Parisian friend would look at and says, No real sunsets could be paint with some Surgical Appliance Pink. Nevertheless, it was truly beautiful and indeed very real.
