A friend of mine is interested in adopting a young cat or kitten as a playmate to Patches (Cheryl Sanders - Maks sister). He likes tuxedo and/or black cats with white socks but the personality is the most important thing. Patches was shy at first like her brother, and just like Maks shes as sweet as can be. Im not an expert but I dont think male or female makes a difference (?). If you know of anyone who has young cats or kittens for adoption, with a sweet personality, pls let me know. I believe his family would be fine working with a shy cat but I know he wouldnt be opposed to a super friendly outgoing cat either. Ps Joseph - petsmart and petco usually let rescues come in on the weekends to show their adoptable pets. Its another good way to give a cat in need a good home.
