A friend of mine visited me , at the process we started chating politics making me to understand why we should consider GMB that his not corrupt… I asked him a simple question…..what is corrupton? I do him a favour to bring down some dictionary meaning of the word corruption.... a. Corruption is an impairment of integrity, virtue, or moral principle : depravity, : inducement to wrong b. corruption is spiritual or moral impurity or deviation from an ideal. c. Corruption is dishonest actions that destroys peoples trust in the person or group,) after the definition of corruption I made him a judge by looking down at the following which I also want you to have a view at, Buhari have served this country before but in a very short period of 2years yet records were kept for times like this All I keep hearing about GMB is that his not corrupt and his honest, has moral principles, he has never induce in wrong doing Now let see, a. If one of those three young men that were shot by firing squad under the watch of your GMB was your brother or uncle, would you still be clapping for Buhari, That he his not corrupt with moral principle? b. If Umaru Dikko who was drugged and boxed by Buhari agents in London with a mission to transporting him to Nigeria illegally was your grandfather, would you still be calling Buhari your hero not corrupt? c. If you were told that the only food stuffs available under Buhari regime were the rice, sugar and other canned food that your parents had to queue to buy under the Buhari regime at a high price, in fact the only available food in Nigeria then was beans, would you say he did well? d. If you were told that those who made Buhari the Head of state were ignored while his evil rule lasted, and all they had planned to do were jettisoned, would you hail him? e. If you heard any member of the Pa Ajasin family toldyou the excruciating pains the man was subjected to despite the fact that he did nothing wrong as the governor of the old Ondo state and the man happened to be your relation, would you still be hailing Buhari? f. If one of all the former UPN governors the man sentenced unjustly by Buhari was your grand father, would you be happy seeing the man coming back to power and you will say his not corrupt? g. If your relation is any of these Busari Adelakun, Bisi Onabanjo, Prof Ambrose Folorunso Ali, Ayo Ojewumi etal who were locked up for allegedly enriched their party, UPN, that led to their death, would you still be calling this former tyrant your hero? h. If your grand father was Dr Alex Ekwueme who was the vp to President Shagari who was unjustly locked up in the Kirikiri prison for doing nothing while his principal was put in house arrest, would you say Buhari is moraly sound not corrupt? i. If your grand father was Papa Obafemi Awolowo whose house was turned upside down by Buharis soldiers searching for incriminating materials which forced him to go abroad for medical check up, would you still be calling this man, hero? j. If your father had told you that he wanted to take you to perform holy pilgrimage when you were a teenager but Buhari stopped him and till now, there has never been another opportunity and you were told that Buharis deputy was allowed to take his own teenager to Mecca, would you still be hailing him? k. If you have been denying visa to travel to UK and you were told that those who carry passports of other commonwealth of nations do not need visa to enter The same country, all because of Buhari, would you still be celebrating this man? m. If you were told that Buhari allowed the father of his ADC, Jololo, and his family friend to carry 53 brief cases into the country with an order not to search any of them, would you still be saying the man is notcorrupt? Ask Atiku Abubakar who was the custom officer at the Ikeja airport. n. If you were told that Buharis house in Kaduna was built for him by the PTF while he was the chairman, would you say, he is the best man that has eversurfaced on our political scene? r. If you were told that while other former Nigerian leaders were keeping away from the expired maximum ruler, Abacha, because of his anti-people policies, it was only Buhari who worked for him? What would be your reaction? t. Till today, some of the looted money by the same Abacha are still abroad but Buhari said Abacha did not steal one kobo would you still be saying he is the best leader? u. If you were told that Buhari detained the duo of the late Emir of Kano and the Ooni of Ife for lawfully traveled to Israel under the watch of Buhari, how would you react? v. If you were told that of all the former Nigerian leaders, it was only Buhari who hailed the introduction of the Sharia legal system which laid the foundation for the terrorism, how would you react? w. How would you react if you were told that until he desired to rule again, Buhari had never said anything against the Boko Haram terrorists? x. How would you react to a former Head of state and a presidential candidate who is lying that his credentials are with the military when the reverse was the case? y. Some new converted Buharists have been telling us that all the evil Buhari did was as a former Head of state but what about his unguarded utterances that have led to the killings of many including some youth z. corps in Bauchi because he lost election in 2011? (Ameachi sent jet to bring back rivers state student serving in bauchi) aa. What about the appointment of his brother in law as the sole consultant of the PTF under Abacha whose performances were anything but corrupt-free? If someone claimed he is not corrupt but those who bb. worked under his supervision, would believe him? cc. Was Buhari still in the military when he snubbed the invitation to appear before the Oputa panel to defend his human right violation records, what do you call that? dd. Would you believe Buhari that he could fight corruption with the calibre of the people who bankroll his flamboyant campaign of today? ee. Buhari was in Bayelsa state recently where he raised the hand of Silvia who is still facing a list of corrupt charges up to return as the governor to the same state he looted those billions of Naira. Is this your anti-corrupt czar? ff. Would you say a man who said if he lost the coming election, the baboons and the monkeys would shed their blood is your own kind of hero sound moral principle not corrupt?(Which is boko haram) gg. Buhari and his team have been boasting they would fight corruption and insecurity, how would you react if you were told that any National Council of State meeting where the issue of insecurity challenges was hh. listed would not have Buhari in attendance.Would you hail him for this? ii. Till today, Buhari has never apologised on all the evils he did as head of state yet his spin doctors ask us to forgive and forget, would you accept if your families and friends was among the victims of his jj. tyrannical rule like the duo of Tunde Thompson and Tunde Irabor who were jailed for publishing story that was regarded as kk. an embarrassment. ll. Did you know that buhari has not apologize to the family of those youth corpers that his fans killed in 2011 as a result of his words?, if one of them where to be your brother wud u hail buhari as a honest moral principle man? mm. Do you know buhari plans peradventure he wins febury 14 General election, just incase you dont know he has planned to set chiboks girls free and secondly tell boko haram to stop terrorizing Nigeria, so that it will be as if he is really fighting corruption mean while he is corruption him self. . I think its high time for we Nigerians to Rise Above Stupidity..... Think and vote wisely.....vote GEJ
