A friend sent me a link to Book Riot, where they posed an interesting idea: Imagine an app that would apply filters to literature (i.e., a Jane Austen filter or an Ernest Hemingway filter). You upload a passage from any modern book and the app automatically converts that passage into the style of a famous author. This got me thinking what might happen if one were to upload all four books in Stephenie Meyers Twilight series at once — with the app set to the Hemingway filter. I imagine the result would read like this: Edward was dead. Jacob was not. I chose death. The end. Imagine that — over two thousand pages neatly summed up in four concise sentences ;-) Its actually a pretty cool article. You can read it here:
