A fruit vendor in Bankerohan market in Davao City is wowing tourists with his Fruit Ninja skills in peeling pineapples. The vendor can peel a pineapple in less than a minute, quite a feat considering how tough the fruits skin can be. In this video, uploaded on YouTube by a certain Barack Putin Osama on August 26, the vendor uses a slim knife to slice the pineapple, then removes the peel and the fruits center more or less whole. According to the uploader, vendors in Davao and other parts of Mindanao slice and peel pineapples this way.
