A fun pyramid for you guys/girls to try out! A weekend workout! Air Squats 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Push ups 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Burpees 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Pyramid down through the sets. Time yourself. Let me know how you get on if you try it out. Modifications: -Half Squats (full rep is thigh parallel with ground) -Push ups from knees (still keep a straight body from knees to shoulders) -Burpees with step back into push up position (no chest to floor) and step back in, stand up to finish rep (no jump) Good warm up before time starts. 5 minutes of light activity of preference including whole body followed by dynamic stretching. If static stretching, no more that 5 seconds as this with pre-fatigue muscles slightly!
