A fundraiser Saturday to help reopen the Palace Theater as a music venue will fill downtown McComb with live music and hundreds of pounds of crawfish. The inaugural Pickin’ & Peelin’ to raise money for the revitalization of the historic Palace Theater is 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the pavilion and parking garage in downtown McComb. Admission is free, and 900 pounds of freshly boiled crawfish will be available with all the fixings for $5 per pound, as well as other concessions and a number of sweets from Topisaw General Store.
