A girl works for a company for about 9 months, makes numerous mistakes (ranging from ringing something wrong to refunding $500 instead of 50) is rude to customers and never works a full week. (Late, never shows up, leaves early) she then says to an assistant manager I dont have to listen to you, Ive been here longer. If you or someone said that in your company what would happen? At my store youd get in deep trouble and or fired.
