A glimpse of what I experienced this past week...I put myself way out of my comfort zone as a shy Zumba® Gold instructor going to the Zumba® Convention for the first time - by myself. I felt anxious, overwhelmed and alone at times even though there were 6,000 people including friends and acquaintances there. In the end, I learned something in every class, met Facebook friends from around the world and enjoyed the experience as a whole. The presenters were amazing and funny. David Topel was a great leader and speaker giving us insight into all the inspirational stories and projects happening around the globe.
