A goal is something you wish to achieve. There are short term goals, and long term goals. When youre in the moment, and you do something that totally goes against the achievement of these goals, its procrastination. When you procrastinate, you add stress to yourself through guilt. Set a goal and stick to it, dont second guest it, dont procrastinate, dont be your own obstruction to achieving your goals. Dont set yourself up for failure either by setting goals you know you cant achieve. It may be best to start small and work your way to larger ones.
