A good body weight work out today! Nothing too crazy but a great way to get used to working with what you already have. - 500 skips (warm up get your heart going) - stretch - 2 x 50 multiple pressup exercises (triangle, medium and wide) - Abs work out 3 sets (check the next post) - 3 pull up sets (8,6,4 pull up exercises make 1 set) - Dont forget to freestyle dance! Best way to finish off a session! #wakeupwednesdays
