A good country meal. 2 tenderized beef steaks 4 oz. each. steamed carrots drizzled with natural honey. spinach salad. fresh cut from the cob corn with, diced tomato, diced cucumber, diced onion, 1/2 Cheyenne pepper finely chopped, if to hot add 1 tspn. honey to break down the heat barrier. on the steamed carts gently fold the honey till carrots are glazed. 1 glass of unsweet tea, and two 16 oz. glasses of water. man oh man, talk about delish. supper or dinner which ever you make it for 670 cal. for a full meal 1 serving per person. I wrote this out for two thats why only 2 - 4 oz steaks. It will stay with you till next meal, but will allow one to burn major calories between meals. 3500 calories burned means 1 pound of fat is gone. enjoy.
