A good day - the steel butchers boning glove is the OHS PPE for the process - and the vines are getting a real haircut - 7 spurs per metre - and a basal and 2 buds per spur - knocking them over - the wind was so bad today - anyway booked in 450 people for tasting over the next 6 months so things are really looking up here at Bunjurgen Estate Vineyard in the Heart of the Scenic Rim - and our Christmas Special is arriving tomorrow - yummie, yippee and shoot the Moon on this one!! Great accolades from guests - thank you Bunyip Resort for recommending us to your guests - also to Smarter Charters and to our friends at Bestbrook Resort - thank you to the great folks from Toowong and Indooroopilly and Deception Bay - and Singapore and Canada!! A great time - we received 37.5mm of rain - a good drop and sorely needed - cool and windy tonight. An up and at em day tomorrow - the F3010 is sharpened and greased and ready to go!!
